Health Cost Point of Views

Author: The definition of health costs is the amount of funds that should be provided to hold and / or utilize a variety of health measures that are needed by individuals, families, groups and communities.
From text above, it seems there are two viewpoints in terms of: Providers of health services (provider) that is the level of funds to conduct health efforts in the form of investment funds as well as operational funds. A Service user is the level of funds expended to be able to utilize a health effort. The existence of the government sector and private sector in providing health greatly affect the calculation of a country’s total health care costs. The total cost of the government sector are not calculated from the amount of funds expended by the users of services (government income), but the large amount of funds expended by the government (expense) to support health service. The total health cost is the sum of the cost of public sector funds expended by the service user to the private sector.
In discussing the importance of health financing is how to utilize cost effective and efficient in terms of economic and social aspects in order to be enjoyed by all people in need. Thus a health care financing is quite good, if the amount sufficient to provide needed health services by spreading the funds according to need and use is carefully regulated, so there is no excessive increase in costs.
