Abdominal migraine is the pain in the abdomen even when there is no headache and it occurs often in children but rarely in adults. It is common in children aging five to nine years old. Abdominal migraine consists primarily of abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting and the patient may become flushed or pale. Typically, the pain lasts anywhere from one to six hours.

But if you do a normal office man, just to keep fit and keep your tummy trim and packing, here are a few exercises for a better guide to this difficult place to sit-ups that we all fear! With an exercise ball to do crunches if you want to keep your stomach trim, you need to do crunches. Crunches are done in many different ways, but the best way to do it is with an exercise price ball. While at the ball, keep your feet flat on the floor. Sit back on the ball, your torso and thighs parallel to the ground. Cross the arms across the chest, with your stuffing in the chest at the same time. When you contract your abs your torso to rise above 45 degrees and do not let it go beyond that. When tightening the stomach, exhale. Keep your legs apart for balance, but if you want your site working muscles, put your feet closer together. Breathe out when you release the contraction.
